27 year old Aussie guy looking for some motivation!

Hey all,
I'm trying to get fit and in shape for my wedding later this year.
I used to be really fit and in shape but have let that fall away since leaving University for the real world.
I got as high as a 103 kgs late last year and have been trying to lose weight and get back to my old healthy self ever since.
I have so far lost about 7 kgs but really want to get down to the 80's before the end of the year.
My biggest problem is staying motivated, with both the excercises and the eating habbits. With a busy work/personal life, it's so easy to let stuff slip for a day or two, but then that becomes a week and a week becomes a fortnight
And so on.
What I'm really looking for is some like minded people who can encourage me to keep at it when I start to slack off as well as people who can give advice and suggestions on different work outs or training ideas to keep things fresh.
