Nice NSV yesterday

So yesterday I had a doctor appt for my annual physical. The doctor was happy with my weight loss (only 6lbs on their scale, but that was fully dressed & with shoes) of 10.5lbs.

She asked what I was doing & I explained watching my intake, eating healthier (chicken, veggies, whole grain bread & pasta), no more soda & decrease processed sugars..... workout schedule up @ 5:30 for JM video followed by 2 to 5 mile walk depending on how much time I have.

Well, she said I looked great & that I made her '' feel lazy'' :bigsmile:

    That is such a great Nsv. Now pester the hubby get the bike running and come riding with me!
