losing and gaining the same 5 lbs!!!!

so frustrated had a baby over a year ago and lost most of the weight but have about 15 pounds to go. I just can't seem to stay consistent do really well one week and lose a few pounds and then blow it on a weekend only to have those pounds return. Kinda had been doing that all along but now that its down to the last 15 i'm really stuck. any tips on how to stay on the straight and narrow would be greatly appreciated!

change it up...change what you eat, when you eat, your exercise. Up your calories and exercise more, lower your calories and exercise less. eat every 3 hours smaller meals, Things like that may work0
