36H.... How can I get rid of them!?

I've always had massive boobs.
I'm so sick of them and I've been to the doctor to look into having a reduction but she said I need to lose weight to qualify.
This is why I'm dieting!

Does anyone have any tips on loosing boob?

I didn't specifically target the lils but as I lost weight they went from G to manageable DD. I feel your pain. When I used to lie on my back, they used to strangle me!
However now they look like spaniel's ears.
Are you trying to lose weight generally? As this will probably help with the lady lumps.
If you are just trying to lose from the chest, I am not sure what to suggest. As far as I know, there is no definite way to lose weight in a specific area, and there are no muscles to work out in the actual boobs.
Maybe strength training for the chest?

Ugh, you poor thing. I'd get a second opinion. If it makes you feel better, I tend to lose 'top down' so mine are one of the first things to go. Thank god.

I know women who have had reduction surgery and they say its the best thing they ever did for themselves. So...lose the weight and go for.it!

To qualify? Really? I'd get a second opinion. You look pretty slim already, but I've known quite a few women who've had reductions - covered by insurance - and only one of them was at an "ideal" weight. And every one of those women were soooooo happy with the results.

Yup, I'm one of those women. I was definitely not an ideal weight. This was 17 years ago, and is one of the best things I've ever done.

Yea coz I need to get it done on the NHS. It was different 20 years ago when my mum had it done but nowadays i have to be in the 'healthy' bmi range. (Even with the added weight of my boobs!)
