Excercise plans with a long ramp up.

In the age of, "get washboard abs in 30 days," exercise plans are plenty. However, I wanted something with a long ramp up time. Something that started easier and moved on to progressively more difficult challenges. I found a Denali training that is 6 months long. I really like the variety and progression. So far, my wife and I are down almost 1 month. By 6 months, it is a pretty serious workout.
