a good friend sent me this link when i totally lost all motivation...and u know what it got my butt in gear and im ready to face this fat and get rid of it good and for all......so to all my friends here on mfp listen to this it might help u as well..if u want something bad enough u will def SUCCED!!! hope i at least can help 1 person
