Well what about pork cabbage roll ups. Use the cabbage leafs as your roll up and chop up the pork chops, peppers and onions and put inside of the cabbage leaves. Put seam side down and stem them. If you have some shreeded cheese you can also put that inside of the wrap also0

Throw it all in the crock pot with chicken stock/water and seasonings and let 'er go!! Veggies and pork chops can't be bad...serve with rice or noodles if you want!0

or the lazy way to do "cabbage rolls" layer everything in the crock pot and wait til the smell tells you it's ready
