Eating out for a week - panic mode

I almost never eat out, so I have complete control of what I eat, and also get to accurately log it.

I will be away on vacation for a week - 3 days eating at friends house and 4 days at restaurants. I may or may not have access to MFP during that time.

The friends- I can probably manage to limit my intake and make rough guesses about calories.

The restaurants - I want to enjoy the vacation and get to eat decent food - but I don't want to get back and find I sabotaged the weight loss of the last 2 months. Skipping deserts will probably have to be one strategy.

    I would look at possible restaurants you will be going to and seeing if they have a nutrition guide online. This would allow you to keep in mind what to eat and what to stay away from. :)
