Cheesecake Factory for Dinner?

So tonight is my friend's birthday dinner. I'm sure this place has some healthy stuff I can eat, but since I've only been there a couple of times I'm not too familiar with the menu. What are your ideas about what's good to eat and healthy?

Not a lot of healthy choices there imho, but I would probably go for the grilled fish <salmon/mahi> and have veggies as a side. They do seem to have three salads that are touted as "weight management" but who knows how good they are.
LOL When we go out with friends I tend to go with grilled fish and veggies as well...for me its the safer option. I get a salad for starters or a clear soup, and split the dessert with people. Most of the time I can get everyone to split with me so its not so bad if everyone takes a few bits of the one that is ordered.0 -

the copyright date is 2009 so if there are new items or specials they are likely not included in this chart. They have a ridiculously huge menu so its alot to take in and I dont think everything is on there
Anyway, we went there for my sisters birthday not long ago, go for the grilled fish selections. they do mahi, salmon and tuna that are all low cal.0 -
They have a skinny menu that is less than 550 I think. Try that0

I have had them...they are delcious and enough for a meal...another low cal option is soup...watch their salads they are high in fat and calories...0 -
I looked at the skinny menu and I narrowed it down to 3 choices. I'll pick one tonight once I see the calorie counts. I also drink unsweet tea and i'll sweeten it with my Stevia. Thanks for your help.0
