Biggest Loser workouts

I have Season 1 DVD of the Biggest Loser workout. Does anyone have any idea how many calories get burned with each work out? I am new to mfp and tried to find it in the exercise log area, but it wasn't there. I like to do the strength and sculpt and the low intensity workouts.

    The only way to get an accurate calorie burn is to wear a heart rate monitor. It is an investment for sure, but it really helps keep you in line. You don't want to over or under estimate!
