How or where do you track your goal progress?

I've seen some people put it in their profile information on here, but just wondering what some other options might be.

I've been working on setting up "milestones" for myself, that are based on both scale and non-scale progress and am trying to figure out the best way to track progress.

I thought about making a chart I could hang on the wall here in my home, but I don't know if I want visitors looking at my list when they visit.

I've also considered a blog, but to be honest, I am not very good at keeping up with something like that.

So....I'm asking for some help from you guys. What do YOU do?

Im a total Excel junkie, so I started a progress chart in excel on my home computer, I keep it in a file with my "before" pictures... everytime I feel like eating junk I just have to look at the pics and realize it's totally not worth it!!

I am an Excel junkie too! I started a spreadsheet actually, but then didn't save it because I thought something more visual would help me more.

But hey, if it works well for you, then maybe it could for me too. Thanks.

Let me know what you decide to do. I am always up for more ways to track. I feel like the more I see where I started the more motivated I am to keep going!
