Belly Fat and Thigh Jowels - Exercises?!?!?!? HELP

So, I have been on MFP since late March/early April and have lost 13.5 pounds to date! I am a consistent running so I know that the cardio will help with loosing some of the fat.
I am now thinking that I need to start work on toning my problem areas but am not real sure which exercises are the best for belly fat and thigh jowels (that fat between your legs). I know that crunches help build the muscles but the fat needs to disappear before that becomes apparent.
Any recommendations?
