Summer time dinner ideas

I am in big need of some super easy and fast summer dinner recipes. I often feel like its too hot to heat up my kitchen cooking and we end up eating fast food. Also I hate cooking and really I don't have much skill in the kitchen either so super easy is a must. Nothing too fancy since I have three children and I eat like a child
