I have been so incredibly stressed out, which I typically am not. I am a very calm, laid back person. But, with not only planning a wedding one month away, my fiance thinking about going back to school, and all the other every day life stuff, there is not enough time in the day. I went to my doctor yesterday for anxiety pills. I have been on the verge of tears all day at work. But, I know when I get off work, I will go relax in the tanning bed, head for the gym and immediately start to feel better... But when I get home and remember all the stuff I need to do...:ohwell:
:indifferent: I guess my point is working out does reduce stress... :ohwell:0 -
