I need motivation!

Hi! I am a 20 year old girl desperately trying to lose weight. I've tried a countless number of diets but they never work for me. In fact, I end up gaining back the pounds I lost. I binge too often but I cannot control it, please help! Also, I'm in need of motivation, anyone I can add up? :)

  • Hey hun ! Dont get so worked up, habits take time to change you just gotta have some patience, however you have to make that effort :) For me I got to a point in my weight where i said 'no no no.. this has gone to far!' So its that guiding motivation I have that has caused me to change up some things and stick to it, so just keep your goal in mind to lose that weight, and the adjustments will follow - do it with conviction! And when you have a binge urge, then fufil it! But replace your typical binge foods with good foods (baby carrots, grapes, cucumbers, crackers and cheese, etc). You'll get all the benefits of those foods, and you wont feel like crap atfer eating!
