Hi All, Question is.. Should my total intake of food equal the amount of calories recommended before or after exercise?
Example... if my calorie goal is 1200 and I exercise and burn 300 - should then my total calories equal 1500? Or 1200 goal = say 900 food and 300 exercise?

:bigsmile: eat your exercise calories......the more active you are, the more fuel you need.....and make sure that everything you eat is healthy food0
