And with a week to spare~!
My goal was to lose 20 pounds before school started, and as of this morning, I've reached that goal.
For a long time I actually believe my favourite kashi cereal was holding me back. One cup? More like three... But once I started measuring that correctly my weight stopped bouncing around :3
Just wanted to share, I'm going to treat myself to.. maybe some healthy grocery shopping and an article of clothing ; D.

The goal now is to remain this weight while staying in a dorm and being forced to buy caf food ...

    Thanks!

    Actually. I'm not sure what to do now. I was going to go to the gym today. I still plan to.
    Do I keep my exercise routine and up my calories?
    Cut down the intensity of my exercise routine and keep the calories the same?
    I don' t know. :indifferent: ;;

    I remember reading on the Weight Watcher's Web Site, that once you reached maintenance, you should expect to workout more, because you probably wouldn't be as careful with your eating. So, just keep track of your weight, so if you gain a little, you can keep control before it turns into a big weight gain.

    ah, I see I see. That'd make sense too considering what I'll have to be eating during the semester. Thank you~

    Thank you for the maintenance link!
    And thank you everyone for your kind words!

    As for my daily recipes.. mm, lets just say I'm usually rather lazy when it comes to cooking ; D
    Carrots, celery, apples, blueberries, bell peppers (of any colour), spinach and kale were staples at my house in terms of produce. A lot of the time for lunch I'd just have fresh raw veggies along with either hummus, peanut butter or tuna to fill up my protein intake. Hard-boiled eggs are my favourite in between snack simply because if I'm ever feeling hungry, that tiny little thing can keep me satisfied for hours~

    Brown rice, chinese veggies and some sort of leftover meat in the fridge was dinner. Nothing special.

    almonds and walnuts were my munchy food. Although whenever I'd go for them I'd only pick out a few at a time, go back to where I was being lazy and then eat them. The laziness usually counteracted the want to snack on another dozen, which was great :3

    Now that I think about it, my eating is rather plain, but I don't mind it in the slightest. It took many steps to actually get there.. I originally snacked on at least 5 lindors at a time, downed cookies and had highfat meats and frozen meals.. But baby steps, baby steps. :3 And now I can't get enough of what I do now!

    (..oh right. actual recipes. My bad. Not many D: Roasted parsnips, honey glazed chicken breast, stirfried celery peppers carrots and turkey, tuna+spinach salad, spinach and strawberry salad.. yummy<3)
