Mix Up Your Oatmeal!
Here is an easy recipe I found to add some flavor to your plain oatmeal...
OATMEAL EXPRESSO
Oatmeal and coffee, all in one
Hands-on time: 5 minutes
Time to table: 5 minutes
Serves 3
* 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats (Jennette uses quick oats)
* 2 teaspoons instant coffee
* 3 teaspoons Splenda
* 1/4 cup skim milk
* 1/2 cup water
Combine oats, instant coffee and Splenda. Stir in the skim milk and water. Microwave the mixture for one minute and 45 seconds.
