fasting?

Does anyone/or has anyone ever fasted? i've had friends who have fasted 1 or 2 days a week and they find it beneficial.
Just wondering if anyone think's it's a good thing?

  • I will generally do a fast (juices, water, veggies) in between certain programs to kind of reset my system.

    i think i may start to fast one day a week, maybe a monday. liquids, smoothies for breakfast, slim fast for lunch..
