Feeling a little bit down :(

I know it sounds daft....but I'm petrified of the dentist, and I went today and as always I got really stressed and made myself really tired....so I've been to sleep and now I just wanna slob and watch TV :-( but I didn't do any exercise yesterday either because I didn't get chance...do you think I can have a few days off?!

    You can have all the days off you want. But you'll likely feel better if you do a little something right now. :)

    I want to but now I have a migraine and its pounds everytime I move up or down! Bllleeehhhh :(

    It sounds like you really need a break. Water helps me with headaches too, but ymmv. Hope you feel better.

    Feel better love! I get migraines regularly so I know how you feel. Just take a break and then hop back on the bandwagon. ;o)
