Aerobic / Circuit Training Clarification

I was just wondering at what point are you no longer doing aerobics that incorporate weights and are officially doing circuit training.

I have two videos that I'm doing. One is really just general cardio with a little bit of weights involved. But, the other has a fair amount of weights and strength training and I was just wondering if I might actually be doing circuit training. I think it's about 50% of the 40 min video has weight and strength training.

Or, am I way off.
