What's a Good Supper?

On training days I can get really hungry. I eat regularly throughout the day with clean, healthy foods and protein shakes in between but after dinner I can get so ravenous it isn't funny. As I am trying to maintain my lean muscle mass as much as I can whilst reducing my bodyfat I need something to eat before bed so that I don't get catabolic. I am not restricting my calories by much and I wear a heart rate monitor during training sessions to have some kind of accuracy - I deduct 20% of my total calories.

Any suggestions? I am falling into the trap of eating crap as I am that hungry, sometimes I will eat Weetabix with a handful of sultanas and some milk.

I am still breastfeeding my 9 month old daughter which I think adds to the hunger!
