New Here, Started about a fortnight ago, Need Suggestions!!

Hey everyone, I have logged on to MFP about a fortnight back.. Want to lose about 30 lbs over the course of the next 3-4 months, the diet which I have been following includes 3 meals a day (average cal intake of 400 per meal), an hour cardio 3 days a week, and a good portion of milk consumption (about 400 ml) . So net Cal intake is about 1600 - 1700.

Have lost about 2 lbs over the last fortnight, but I feel its a bit slow... Any suggestions on expediting or am I on the right track?
