DEAR MFP NATION, I'M LOOKING FOR FAIRLY EASY TO PREPARE RECIPES USING SHRIMP, VEGGIES AND THE LIKE. WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR LOW CALORIE FAVES? LET ME KNOW, I'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!

    I get this yellow curry sauce in a jar at Target. Thaw my shrimp, chop my veg. Cook the veg in the sauce for like 7 min, throw the shrimp in for another couple min and done. if you feel like being fancy, you can cook rice and pour it on top.
