I would choose the whole wheat bun, a lean meat like turkey and ask them to hold the cheese and creamy sauces. Lots of veggies!
You could also take off the top bun and eat it like an open-faced sandwich. Although not as filling, a lot of calories are in the bread.0 -

I had the Turkey Club Torpedo thinking it wasn't horrible. It was 780 calories PLUS a bag of Baked Lays!!! :sad:

Try to stay away from the meats and sauces (all processed). Have veggie sandwhich with very little if any sauce, would be the best. A 6" quiznos sub has more than the recommended daily intake of salt.0
