hmmmmm. looks ok to me. I would suggest that you eat some more veggies, something green. That way you'd have 5 servings of fruit/veggies for the day. Also drink some water! maybe you just forgot to log it?
Good job on the exercise! some might suggest you eat those exercise calories back though.0 -
If I were you, I would eat some of the calories but not all of them. Maybe another 200. You already exercised it looks like and earned 800+ calories from that. I have experimented with not eating the calories and eating them. Personally, I need to eat them - the scales seem to move when I eat nearly all of them. Others, say they don't eat them and lose weight. I think it's just according to your body. At this point in the day - that would be too many calories for me to get in.0

I am by far no expert, but it looks like you need more protein and less processed/packaged foods. I find that not only am I starving when I eat too little protein, but that when I eat too many "convenience snacks" that I do not lose weight or feel very healthy. More veggies, more fruit and more protein would go a long way for you I think.0

I've drank almost a gallon of water today -I do most days I never log it tho.So this is what's confusing me, eat the net calories back?
Thank you all for your help.I was losing a lot at first n now nothing - n I exercise! I feel like all the sweating n panting and getting up early to fit in a workout s all for nothing0 -
I also had the same problem and confusion with eating exercise calories! I found I hadn't lost as much as I'd hoped for when I didn't eat them, so now I'm going to eat back as much exercise calories as possible.
Try to eat handfuls of nuts or something to make up calories when you're not feeling hungry enough to eat another meal! I've also been told to increase my protein intake as it's essential for burning calories, so that could be something worth keeping in mind0
