Hair question...

Mkay so yesterday, I went to the salon and got a strand of hair dyed pink. My stylist said to wash it in cool water and just condition it. So I've done that for two nights now and both times I've noticed some of the pigment is getting on my skin. Is this suppose to be happening, or am I doing something wrong? I kinda don't want to start fading just yet. I mean that was like $50 and I JUST got it done. Help?

    the dye is just bleeding because the hair follicle is very porous try to blow dry the strand of hair the heat will close up the follicle and make it happen less most likely what happened is she didnt rinse out all of the dye it happens to me red hair or any pigment of red bleeds often when first dyed.
