Hi all,

Starkist Tuna Creations are a great low calorie lunch. I eat the Sweet and Spicy which is absolutely delicious out of the pouch. I think there is about 175 calories; i put it on top of a nice salad and it's great. One in a while i'll add a touch of light mayo to the tuna.

I also buy rotisserie turkey breast and make soup after eating most of the turkey. I try to make a large pot of soup flavored with onions, carrots and celery. I use boullion to add to the flavors.
It tastes good and it's really filling.

I also cook salmon (oven, grill or stovetop) and eat it with a fruit salsa. One of my favorites is Pineapple Salsa....to which i add some fresh pineapple. It's low in calories and delicious.

Final idea is to nuke a bag/box of steamfresh veggies (Birdseye and Green Giant make good, low cal, low fat options). I then add a couple of ounces of chicken or turkey to the cooked veggies. Delicious and filling. (I eat the whole box/bag).
