I may not be understanding this. I am fine and continuously loosing. I just want to understand how it works. Ok so my body burns on its own 1450 calories a day. So that is what MFP tells me I can consume. SO how am I losing? I get im not eating enough to be gaining, but how am I losing?

You are burning more than 1450. Google BMR.0

Yeah, the MFP calories are usually lower than your BMR for the most part.
If you look up the "eat to lose" groups here there are a lot of good sites you can find about it.0 -
BMR is basal metabolic rate, the amount of calories you burn doing absolutely no activity whatsoever. Getting out of bed, walking around, talking, etc. burns additional calories. Your maintenance calorie intake is not BMR but your TDEE, which is BMR times an activity modifier depending on your level of daily activity and is usually at least a few hundred calories over BMR even with no exercise. Hope that helps.0
