Sausage with rice and beans- suggestions?

I'm a huge fan of Spanish food, and I'm going to make some rice and beans tonight, but I am looking for a sausage that will be good to mix in. What's your favorite sausage?

smoked, but I use it for lots of stuff. Or I used to when I cooked and ate that kind of stuff

Oscar Mayer turkey sausage- it's reduced fat and I have used it a lot in jambalaya... tasted pretty good!
