Planning.

Okay , so here's my plan for tomorrow.

Got to the gym -
1 hour and a half.. Burn about 400 + calories.
Come home , have some turkey wraped in lettuce. (3 oz. turkey , in lettuce . 100 calories)
eat some watermalon for 100 calories.
Drink TONS OF WATER
2 peaches ( about 100 calories )
MORE WATER :)
ill go back to the gym ,
and then eat a regular meal :) --Dinner,
