Favorite Recovery Drink/Meal

After a hard day of cardio or weights what is your go to recovery drink or meal? I know that low-fat chocolate milk is a great option but just wanted to see what some others are doing to help their body recover...

    I do gymnastics so I'm not sure if that's hard cardio... But I'll post anyway coz you seem lonely :)

    I Usally have

    plain yogurt with muesli and fruit
    or
    Oatmeal with apple/banana and walnuts/almond butter
    Or
    Lentil and veggie soup with wholegrain crackers!
    Or
    Brown rice with veg and egg
    Or
    A big plate of fruit and veg (about 6 serves haha )


    (it's Usally a meal time when I finish gym :) )

    plain greek yogurt with bananas & kashi go lean crunch.
