Okay so I really need recommendations on where to set me activity level.

It's currently set to Sedentary since I do have a desk job and therefore spend most of the day sitting- however I do generally WALK a lot.. we're talking an average of 10 miles throughout the day and most days I even get in extra exercise... soooo should I set it to something else?

Also My fitbit is linked to MFP so it automatically updates. Today through just walking alone I burned over 700 cals.. granted I walked A LOT .. but still.. am I really still sedentary??

Here is an area I had to tweak, and for me we're talking the difference of 500 daily calories.
    Experiment.
I have mine set on highest activity setting which equals about an hour of cardio for me.
So, I found my zone, and it's different for each person.
I am just VERY ACTIVE, and I exercise 4 hours every day but only log in 3.
My "exercises" are fun things like bike riding, tennis, boxing, hiking and on and on. Very active.
    It works.
Again, experiment, find what works for you. That zone is there, and you will find it and make this work for you.
This puts you in total control. Good luck:flowerforyou:
