I have been in here for some time now, but never came to say hello here. This is one of the best things I have done in an effort to reach my fitness goals. This is a tool I use almost daily. It has helped me realize what are my limits and the nutritional information in food that I should stay away from in order to remain in a good weight level.
Since I started using it I lost 15 pounds quite rapidly and have gain back some but in muscle.
I use it in my iphone constantly and try to keep track during the week except on weekends I sort of give myself a break.
All the best to everyone's desire to get control of your diet/eating habits to reach your goals.
One thing is for sure, I ALWAYS workout at least once a week no matter what and try to do a cardio once a week as well.
The more I can workout the better, but once a week is a must.

I didn't realize this was available as an app... now I need to check that out.

Ohhh you are going to love it!!.. the app scanner feature is a beauty to enter food information.. just scan and boom is in your diary ready to go!
