You are not eating enough. Also, try adding more protein.0

please eat more. come as close to that goal number as possible. don't be afraid to go over it by 100 calories or so.0

LMAO!!! So true though!! The OP needs to eat that is one thing we can ALL agree on!!!! You CAN starve yourself fat....I did!!!

Quick look at your diary tells me if you made better food choices you wouldn't be so hungry. Opt for more filling choices, especially high fiber ones.
Also, going over by less than 100 doesn't even matter. The goal is to meet your calories, not be under.
And, you are only 18. Really you should be eating more anyways.0 -
Sorry for the responses on here that may be rude. I hope this doesn't turn you off of this site.
As others have said, you really should eat more cals, hon. You should be eating at your BMR or above.

It will tell you how many calories you should be eating per day.
