New here!!

Hi! My name is Lisa and my friend Dawn told me to sign up that it would help me! Thanks Dawn!! So far so good.... when I track things I eat it makes it easier to see what and how many calories I have taken in! I have been trying to get healthier for about 7 weeks now......so far I have lost 30 pounds.....i have been prescribed some medication to help me.....so tracking is helping me alot! I am a mom of 4 kids.....and my last baby was born 2 years ago.....so pregnancy weight is soooo hard to delete! lol

    thank u lisa for joining. i need people to help me keep motivated too. like i told u i have not started the exercise yet but u have moviated me and i am going to buy a zumba dvd and start doing that. it sounds a lot more fun then walking. keep up the good work.
