Weird question!

So i've been doing 30 shred since the beginning of this month but I haven't been updating this as i sorta lost motivation.
But i've started losing fat rolls.. I'm not sure if this is good or bad?
Help please?:)

Also, I'm going to start using this again as I'm going to finish the rest of the weekend doing level 1 then start level 2 on monday.
So if someone could add me to help make sure i don't stop udating this, it would be great! :)

    Yeah so im pretty sure losing fat rolls would be indicative of progress or good.
