Hi, I have just returned to this site and need inspiration and weight loss buddies.... I weigh approx 180lb and am 5'3'' - not sure exactly what my goal is apart from take it 10lb at a time, so first goal to get under 170 - I am reletivly fit and am going with my husband and 2 dogs to walk hadrians wall in a weeks time, hoping the uk weather gets just a bit better for me! after this i want to train for a autumn half marathon so losing the weight would obviously help immensly. I have been pooly this week and feeding my cold which is why I say approx with weight... Not looking forward to mondays weigh in as am expecting to gain not lose this week!:sick:

Wow, your stats match my starting stats almost exactly! Welcome back. Feel free to add me if you would like. I'm not in the UK, but I do exercise and log ever single day. I started out not knowing where I wanted to end up, and I'm down almost 30 lbs. I've been stuck at my current weight for weeks now, so I'm mixing things up starting next week with a P90X/TurboFire hybrid. Good luck in your journey!0
