Fitness Craze!

Hey, guys my name's Nicole! I'm 21 years old, 5'7'' and I currently weigh 160 pounds. I used to weigh 150 until I ate this Sesame Chicken lunch from this Taiwan Chinese restaurant.
So now I'm desperately but seriously trying to do as much fitness as well as watch what I eat in order to achieve my weight goals. I wanted to achieve my bikini body goal but even after I got to my 150 lbs., I don't seem to go any further. Most healthy meals I eat never satisfy me and I can't seem to squeeze in any fitness time during my work week because my family (mostly my lil bro) hogs the living room all day and most nights too. I can't spend money on a gym and most diet products are too expensive, so it gets stressful when it comes to diet and fitness :grumble: Anyway that's my situation and I hope to get some great tips here!

:flowerforyou: Welcome Nicole. You have come to a great place for support, suggestions, and fellowship on your weight loss journey.
Have you tried just adding fresh fruit and vegetables to your diet? If you can get them from a local Farmers Market they may be less expensive than "diet foods" and probably better for you.
I take my small portable DVD player in my bedroom and use it to do my Leslie Sansone WATP Videos. You could do any video you like and they are available for rent thru Netflix (Ithink) or you can borrow them from the Library. I know that the Walking videos don't require much room.
Plus you can always walk at the park or a community center.
Good Luck on meeting all your goals.0 -
welcome!! You are on your way. I just got started myself, I just wish I would have had this when I was just a few pounds over. Great Job! Just take it one day at at time, have faith in yourself and don't be too hard on yourself.
Good Luck0 -
