To cut a long story short, I make myself throw up after meals but I'm in recovery for my anorexia. I was wondering though, are there any breakfasts especially high in protein that I can just nibble at? My dietician said fruit's the easiest for me because it can just be chopped up, but it's too many carbs. Any suggestions would be great, thank you:)

    I eat yogurt a lot for breakfast. It has protein and can be easy to just take a spoonful at a time.
    Also, even though it's high in sodium and is more of a snack I will sometimes just have some jerky. It's all protein and if you can find no sugar it's carb-free. If not, the carbs are still really very low. And there's almost no fat.
