my net cal is 1,850 a day and my cards is 254g, fat is 62g and protein is 69g a day,what i'm wanting to know is what foods can i eat, please help me thank you

Protein seems low.
Up protein to at least 120 and drop carbs down to 40% of your diet.
Eat anything that isnt processed.0 -
I agree with the unprocessed - anything processed is worse for you than fresh0

Try to avoid processed foods and have your carbs earlier on in the day so you can burn them off, so try to keep dinner to mostly vegetables and meat (unless you're vegetarian!) The most important thing to eat is protein, you can find this in meat, eggs, beans, nuts & seeds etc.
