Hello,
My name is Krystal and I'm from the great state of Texas. I've been on this program for about a month now and I can already start to see and feel the results. Keeping track of all the calories I eat is such an eye opener and then I look around at other people and say "look at all those calories". I've noticed that I do that regularly. I started out by wanting to lose 2-3 lbs a week and the first three weeks i lost 7lbs and this last week only 1lb. Maybe it's something in what I am eating that is blocking me from losing weight, not sure yet. I am open to meet new people from around the world, who is looking for that inspiration and support of losing weight and being healthier. I think it is great to have that kind of support. My goal is to lose 70lbs by May of 2013 so all great support will be greatly appreciated. Please add me as your friend if you would like. Thanks
