Darn PLATEAU! pls help! :(

I am at my wits end! I have lost just over 50lbs.. since i gained almost 80 from m pregnancy.. i went from 235ish-187ish since January... my pre pregnancy weight is 170 and i would like to get between 150-160... I have been plaeaued for over a month and abit now! I have tried everything.. adding more exercise changing my exercise routine... adding calories, less calories, calorie zig zagging, i just completely took a break from tracking for abit cause i was getting so stressed out.. I keep losing my motivation cause i feel like im working for nothing! anyone have advice or hit a plateau at all?
