Calorie Cycling Help

Hi I want to Calorie Cycle but unsure how much I should eat

Ive been on MFP 21 weeks and have lost 29.5 lbs but its up one week down the next Ive ate 1200 to 1785 with help from other MFP eat more to weigh less I was ok for 5 weeks then got a gain thou i wasnt losing much
I have tried finding out how many calories I should eat for Calorie Cycling

Im female
5ft 2 in
42
Im 199.5lbs
Id like to be 136lbs

This is the slowest I have ever lost weight but enjoy this and can stick at it

Should I eat 20% below my TDEE and divide the week up

My exercise is
Tues Weigh Day rest day

Weds Zumba wii 45 minutes 570 calories burned
Thurs Zumba Class 60 minutes 750 calories burned
Fri Wii zumba 45 minutes 570 calories burned
Satd zumba wii 45 minutes 570 calories burned
Sund Zumba Class 60 minutes 750 Calories burned
Mon Wii Zumba or Zumba class average 600 calories burned

I burn about 150-300 calories 5-6 days a week walking

I co own a bed & breakfast so am active when guest in

I want to do this right but theres so many different calorie amounts ?

Any helps appreciated

  • I personally think to stick to the calories this website suggests which depends on how much you want to lose and how quickly. Just remember to eat those calories you lose exercising before you become poorly.

    in my opinion over-exercising can do more damage than good. Just know you're limit. It varies for everyone.
