Well, I didn't see a way to delete this and start over, but what I meant to say is "Does anyone find their best method to fit this study?"

It could be renamed "here's some good stuff to do."

Pretty generalized stuff. Kind of like Horoscopes.

I wonder how long it took here to get her "Diploma in Astrology" while she was going to Med school and taking nutrition classes.... oh wait.

how can she recommend people to take supplements? which are pretty unnecessary in general anyway. A good way to get expensive pee

    This.

Anybody who looks at their sign will find stuff that is good for them to do in order to lose weight. ("Avoid sugar." "Eat more fiber." etc.) It has nothing to do with where the stars might have happened to be relative to the earth when one was born.

Follow any of them to improve your weight loss. Follow all of them to improve it more.

I don't believe in this horoscope crap. Not surprising really, I'm a typical Leo.

    THIS:
Horoscopes, sun signs, and psychics all operate on the premise that heavenly bodies and celestial events determine what will happen in people's lives. However, the Bible says that only God determines our lives: “You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe. Every day was recorded in your Book.” (Psalm 139:16)

but if god created all things, then its the same. God created the celestial events to help us make determinations is our lives, therefor god is making those determinations.

According to my horoscope I should eat liver, red meat, poultry and dairy but according to my blood type I should stick to grains instead.

Guess I should go back to gummy bears for good :drinker:

Add sarcasm tags wherever possible :flowerforyou:

Please don't preach to us in the regular forums. It never ends well, and there are Groups for Bible discussions.
