Hi, I'm new to fitnesspal. I desperately need to get my act together. I could tell you a millions things about the human body and how it operates, but I can't lift over 50lbs. In other words, I do not practice what I preach. I would love to meet people here that could hold me accountable.
(by the way, i'm a serious list maker. if that doesn't float your boat, you shouldn't add me.)
Here's one now!!
-i'm a swim instructor
-i love mac and cheese
-my best feature is my hands
-i play roller derby
-i love coffee almost as much as i love mac and cheese
-i'm going to start insanity with my boyfriend
Cheers!!
