I have just joined this site, I have been dieting since Christmas and I have lost a about 12 pounds but it has been so slow, I have been following the old Weight Watchers points and thought I would see if I can do any better counting calories.
I am a carer for my husband and can have a lot of stress and in the past I have turned to food. I do quite a lot of exercise, on Monday I do 45 mins in the gym and 30 aqua jog, Tuesdays every 2nd week I go on an organised walk and I also like to go on at least one other walk weather permitting.

I find that the calorie counting really helps me. I have been overweight since I was in my teens and tried lots of different things with no success. For the first time I have actually been losing weight at a fairly consistent rate since I started in January. Sounds like you are on the right track with your exercising.
