    Im looking to lose 17 more lbs....im in. Im on week 3 of turbofire. 1st round.

    Im re-starting TurboFire on Monday!!! Ive tried to do it once before but failed after 3 weeks...Im determined to try once again. I have about 60 lbs to lose.

  • tried it about 5 months ago...it was so fast pace i couldnt keep up with it so i just started i nsanity instead. was it hard for any of you to keep up at first? im thinking about trying again after insanity

    I found it hard to keep up with at first but after a few times of doing the routine, I got it :)

    Monday I start the Lean phase of ChaLean extream. However some days, like today I throw in a HIIT workout from TF instead of doing the CLX one. I plan on doing a CLX/TF hybrid next. I cant wait.

    I have done the regular Turbo Jam before and am familiar with a lot of the moves but it's been a while so I plan on starting the prep schedule first .There is also a "new to class" option on each of the videos where she breaks down the moves and routines. I plan on doing that until I can get into the swing of things.

    You may want to start off with Turbo Jam. The Learn and Burn and 20-minute Workout are great for getting the moves down. Chalene develops the routines to stay exciting and not become monotonous so it takes a while to learn them. Don't get discouraged, as Chalene says: Mistakes burn calories too. I've been doing Turbo Jam for a year now and I still get tripped up.

    I'm a huge TF fan as well. I started 2 weeks ago but had to take a break due to an injury. I'm all healed and ready to start it again...TODAY!!! YAY!!! TF fans feel free to add me.
