How much salt in a day is dangerous??

I think I just surpassed my salt intake for the WEEK. :blushing: Sudden craving for ramen noodle seasoning packets. I just boil the water and add the seasoning... and extra salt... skipping the noodles. Calorie wise, not a problem.. Sodium wise... Um..

I don't usually worry about salt intake, but I've just had two packets of ramen noodle seasoning. I have a feeling it might have something to do with my ED. :embarassed:

    You are young, but it still is recommended in the U.S. to stay at about 1500mg daily.

    With that much salt, you need to be getting lots of Potassium, too. Tomatoes, spinach, any green leafy veggies or dark colored fruit. Beans.

    Be careful. It's not good for your blood vessels.
