Tired...advice?

Hello out there! I was hoping to get some ideas about what I need to do increase my overall energy levels. I probably have eaten too many carbs lately but not much else is different. I exercise daily, some lifting and cardio and pretty healthy diet, everything is pretty much as usual. I have been feeling pretty tired and a little run down. I do feel like I am eating enough...ideas?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Have you been taking any recovery days? Feeling rundown is one of the signs of being "overtrained' (fatigue is cumulative) you need to take the occasional really easy day (doesn't mean you have to vegetate for the day, just something really low intensity).
If you're working out a lot carbs are your friend.0 -
I would make sure you are drinking enough water every day and taking good vitamin B supplements. Vitamin B-6 and B-12 will give you energy.0

You feel you eating enough yet I saw 3 days in the last week where you were substantially under 1000 calories. If that is accurate and you've logged all, you are not eating enough. That would explain your fatigue.0

Thanks for the ideas! I take multivitamins and a B supplement ( about 3 x per wk). I don't log all the time; I try to eat more intuitively and listen to my body; I try to do it off and on just to make sure I am close to a healthy daily amount. I probably have a little more stress but nothing extreme...oh and I do have rest days with working out. Weird huh0

Are you sleeping enough? Sometimes people can "function" fine on 6-7 hours of sleep but overtime, that still drains you because you really need like 8 hours. For me, I function best with 8-9 hours of sleep and if I get less than that several days running, I'm exhausted!
I definitely agree with a rest day from exercise, it can rejuvenate you. I also looked at your diary and you really should try to hit at least 1200 every day no matter what! Less than that can make you tired. If you aren't hungry, get something like Peanut Butter, nuts, cheese...something where you don't need to eat a lot but will boost your calories. It'll give you energy
Last, if you have tried everything you can think of, then you should definitely see a doctor! Sometimes fatigue that doesn't go away is an underlying sign of something else!0 -
I am sure I need to sleep more...life is soo busy. Thanks!0
